SteriPlus has elected to go-to-market via a network of service provider dealers ("SPD's") who will contract with end customers to provide the sanitation and disinfection services invented by SteriPlus. SteriPlus will train SPD personnel to undertake this task and will lease all required equipment based on an annual consumption program. In the case of large customers who have their own maintenance and custodial staff, SPD's will re-sell the chemical compounds and equipment to these do-it-yourself ("DIY") customers.
SteriPlus management has developed a served market territory model for the delivery of this service program based on a regional population basis. One SPD will be contracted to deploy the SteriPlus DFD service in a server market which has a population of at least 500,000 to 1.0 million persons. This will provide the SPD with a sufficient number of government, institutional, commercial and residential customer accounts to grow his/her business to an acceptable level.
